He was born in Arlington, VA just outside of Washington D.C. and grew up in a small town nearby there named Burke, Va. He grew up in a Lutheran church but had some troubling years in his teens after a stint in Seminary Prep school that didn’t end well in High School. Disappointed and hurt he turned to the world and found it to be worse and overrun by frightening levels of sin. Eventually he was invited to a Bible Study by a roommate at Shepherd’s Heart where he was born again and filled with the Holy Spirit in a powerfully life changing and transforming way. He spent the next four years as an intern at Shepherd’s Heart healing and counseling ministry, living nearly the lifestyle of a monk as a full-time intercessor and administrative helper there. The gifts of prophecy, healing, words of wisdom and knowledge, miracles, and evangelism became immediately apparent and began bearing much fruit. Years later he met and married Elsie Felix De Jesus, a notorious Latin American gospel singer, and a graduate of Conservatory of Music de PR as Voice and Soprano teacher. Together they ran Alabanzas, a global Spanish radio program on praise and worship together with her Pastor Miguel Dabul, from Rock Church of Va Beach, for many years. Teaching people to bring the Presence of the Lord Jesus into their lives, churches, and ministries through praise and worship and the Word. They lived in Puerto Rico for many years ministering in music and the Word and training and discipling worship leaders and teams in both important areas of discipleship and in musical training. In 2001 their son David John was born when on a furlough in North Carolina, serving at attending and befriended by both Morning Star and All Nations Church under Pastor Mahesh Chavda, where hands were laid on them and they were sent back to the mission fields in Puerto Rico. In 2007 the Lord relocated them to Pine Ridge Indian Reservation where they sought Church reconciliation with tribal leaders. Now they have been relocated to Lakeland, Fl and are focused on discipling the next generation and bringing worship revival and real discipleship back to America. They have a passion to care for orphans, see the lost saved, and see the manifest Presence and Power of God changing hearts and lives and bringing healing, transforming us into the image of Jesus Christ His dear Son. Their son , David, is now 23 and shares the gospel daily together with his friends, with their friends and associates. They attend Faith Wesleyan in Lakeland, Fl, and Trent is continuing his Christian education and discipleship in Jesus School Online with Jesus Image, and is currently a second year student. He has also attended several seminaries and Bible schools, and taken chaplaincy training at DC General Hospital, and evangelism at EE, including Evangel Theological Seminary and Activate Christian Academy.
